DS-2419 is an effective defoamer based on polyether siloxane technology. It can be used in ink and coating applications, achieve long-lasting antifoaming performance in small amounts.

FEATURES
●DS-2419 does not contain the substances listed in the SVHC list of the REACH Regulation, and the substances contained in the ROSH Directive (Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment).
● DS-2419 does not contain NP, APEO.
● The antifoam can be diluted in a high proportion
● It can be mixed with other silicone emulsions.

HOW TO USE
● This product is a mixture. There may be deposits or layering during shelf life, and it is normal. Before using, stir the product evenly at 30 to 60 rpm and it will not affect the performance of the product.
● This product can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please inform our customer service department for the specific dilution method. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.
● It is suggested that the product is added in a place where DS-2419 can be dispersed easily.
● The optimum dosage should be preliminarily tested in a laboratory setting.

PACKING AND STORAGE
The product is available in 120kg plastic bucket. This product can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Don’t add acid, alkali, or salt to this product. Ensure the container is sealed after using.
If burning, put out the fire according to the extinguishing method for general petroleum products. When stored between 5 and 40℃ (41-104℉) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 12 months from the date of manufacture.
